How long does delivery take?
Standard nationwide delivery takes 1–3 business days. Tobago deliveries may take 3–5 business days via UPS.

Yes! We deliver island-wide. Tobago delivery is $70.00 via UPS.

Troubleshooting
My disposable isn't producing vapour
Check that the airflow vents are not blocked. If the device is rechargeable, ensure it is fully charged. If puffs are depleted the device has reached its limit and needs to be replaced.
My pod device is leaking
Ensure the pod is properly seated in the device. Avoid overfilling the pod and always store your device upright when not in use.
I'm getting a burnt taste
Prime your coil before first use by letting it sit for 5–10 minutes after filling. Check your e-liquid level and replace the coil if it has been used for an extended period.
My device won't turn on
Click the fire button 5 times rapidly to unlock the device. Check the battery level and try charging with a different cable if it doesn’t respond.
My mod is showing an error code
Common codes: CHECK ATOM means the coil is not detected, re-seat or replace it. LOW RESISTANCE means the coil resistance is too low for the current settings. Refer to your device manual for a full list.
