What flavors do you carry?
We stock a wide variety including fruit, menthol, non-menthol, beverage, and tobacco flavors.
Maintenance & Care
How do I refill my device?
Refilling depends on your device type. Most pod systems have a fill port—just open, fill with e-liquid, and close securely.
How often should I change coils or pods?
Typically every 1–2 weeks, depending on usage. If you notice burnt taste or reduced flavor, it’s time to replace.
Why does my vape taste burnt?
This usually means the coil is worn out or not properly saturated with e-liquid.
Troubleshooting
Why is my vape leaking?
Leaks can be caused by overfilling, improper assembly or usage, or worn-out seals. Make sure everything is tightened and filled correctly.
Why isn’t my device producing vapor?
Check the battery charge, ensure the coil/pod is properly installed, and confirm the device is turned on.

Yes, we only stock genuine products from trusted manufacturers.
Can I return or exchange products?
Return policies vary, but defective devices can usually be exchanged during our 30-day warranty period.
Do you offer guidance for beginners?
Absolutely. Our staff can help you choose the right device and show you how to use it properly.
Warranty
ALPHA VAPEX provides a quality assurance period of 30 days from the date of purchase (warranty period). This warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase shown on the receipt from sale. This is valid for manufacturing defects only.
- Proper assessment of the device once returned to Alpha Vapex, requires a minimum of 6 hours for CSR personnel to assess.
- Customers are required to bring the original packaging and receipts for warranty to be valid.
Warranty Terms
For safety and sanitary purposes, on the following items will Not be covered by warranty:
- Opened or used, and therefore non-returnable: e-liquid, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers and rechargeable batteries.
- If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund.
- Artificial damage and problems caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.
- Any hardware cracking modification is at your own risk; it will void the warranty.
- If the product happens to be faulty at the time of purchase, please inform us immediately prior to using it.

- Proof of purchase
- Product name and quantity
- Defective Video or pictures

- It usually takes 24 hours to verify all the submitted items.
Shipping Fee
- Alpha Vapex is not responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement. Orders placed via delivery would incur a delivery fee if the product were not tested by the customer when delivered.
