Online Payment Cancellations & Refunds
Online Payment Cancellations: Where an order paid online is cancelled at the customer’s request, any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment provider that have already been incurred and are non-refundable to us will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
If an order is cancelled due to an error on our part, an item being unavailable, or our inability to fulfil the order, the customer will receive a full refund with no processing fee deducted.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To start a return or report a faulty device, please follow these steps:

- Provide Evidence: If claiming a manufacturing defect, please include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the fault.
- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
